RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
All items purchased from REVOLT(excluding sale items and promotional items) can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in original packaging, unworn and unaltered.
To Initiate a return please send an email to info@revoltlimited.com with RETURN in the headline. Our team will evaluate your claim and a return authorization will be emailed to you shortly. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in the Return Authorization email.
Once we have received the product and inspected it, a refund will be issued to the original payment method unless store credit is requested. These are the only two forms of payment we will use to issue a refund. Refund payments will be processed within 3-5 business days.
If you find a mistake has been made by REVOLT for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@revoltlimited.com and add SUPPORT to the headline. We will correct the error immediately and get the correct items to you at no additional cost.
